We provide general and specialized residential home inspection and deck inspection and evaluation services as well as commercial and multi-family inspection services to the communities in Ada, Adams, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley and Washington counties in southwest Idaho. We specialize in focusing on rural and mountain properties and the unique characteristics that come with these type of properties. We currently provide general home inspections, deck focused inspection specialty services and log home inspection specialty services. Our inspectors are International Association of Certified Home Inspector (InterNACHI®) trained and certified and are Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI®) thru InterNACHI®
